The WPA Annual Convention takes place in the spring of each year, including pre- and/or post-convention workshops and two solid days (Thursday and Friday) of opportunities for interested vendors to interact with Wisconsin psychologists in attendance.

This is Your Invitation to promote your products, programs, services and resources to psychologists from across our state.  



Mailing Lists
Due to privacy concerns, WPA will not provide a list of registrants with contact information. However, exhibitors are permitted to develop lists based on visitors to their booths.

Advertising may be accepted for the convention packet that all participants receive. All inserts must be pre-approved and pre-printed at least 2 weeks prior to the event. WPA reserves the right to refuse materials submitted for insertion in the convention packet.

Take One Free
To exhibit your materials without the expense of sending a representative, WPA will provide a table featuring brochures or catalogs available free to convention attendees.

Increase visibility by sponsoring a luncheon, reception or keynote presentation. You will be acknowledged in convention materials, signage and podium remarks. For more details, contact WPA.



To ensure regular traffic for exhibitors, and to facilitate some of the social goals of our convention, we will schedule several types of events in the exhibit area. Other events, such as poster sessions and receptions, will also take place in the exhibit area but will enhance -- not detract from -- access to exhibits.

Each exhibit space is 8'x10' and includes a 6' display table and 2 chairs. Exhibitors may bring their own displays/equipment to fit within the designated space. If more space is required, exhibitors may reserve additional exhibit space. Fees for additional space are discounted. Contact WPA to negotiate details. Exhibitors may share, reassign or "sublet" reserved space with prior consent of WPA. Payment for space must accompany the completed Vendor Application form.

Electrical, Phone or Internet Needs
You are responsible for any costs associated with electrical, phone or internet access. Setup and cost must be negotiated by you directly with the convention facility.

Exhibitor Registration
Each individual working in an exhibit will be required to be registered as an exhibitor and to wear a badge supplied by WPA. Exhibitors may register 2 workers for each exhibit space reserved. Workers may participate in refreshment breaks and receptions held in the exhibit area and may join convention attendees for lunch. Workers wishing to participate in other convention events or to attend convention presentations must register for the convention itself.

Exhibit Hours
Exhibitors may begin setup Wednesday evening at a time designated by the convention facility. (Setup start times are generally no earlier than 4 pm or later than 8 pm). Setup must be completed by 8 am on Thursday. There will be traffic during registration (8-9 am) each day and continuing until 6 pm.



Application must be submitted by a person authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the company. Application must include full payment of all exhibit, advertising and sponsor fees. Registration of individuals for attendance at convention presentations must be completed separately. 

WPA retains the right of approval on all matters related to the vendor agreement, rules and regulations, including the right to determine appropriateness of the products or services being displayed for the convention and its attendees.

Cancellations received more than three weeks prior to the event may have fees refunded in full. Cancellations received less than three weeks prior to the event may receive partial refund of fees.
